Freida Pinto

and Freida Pinto brought their charms to the Los Angeles premiere of "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" at the Grauman's Chinese Theater in Hollywood on Thursday, July 28. The Will Rodman depicter of the sci-fi film looked sharp in dark colored plaid suit, while his pretty co-star glammed up in her backless bright green maxi dress and nude colored heels.
Other cast who joined Franco and Pinto on the red carpet were Tom Felton, who appeared in very neat three-piece suit, and Andy Serkis, who sported what looks like a Hawaiian shirt under his suit. David Oyelowo, John Lithgow and his wife Mary Yeager, Jamie Harris, Loretta Devine, and director Rupert Wyatt as well as producer Peter Cher additionally supported the event.

Felton's co-star in "Harry Potter" film series, Rupert Grint, was also spotted attending the special screening. The red haired actor stole the attention for wearing outrageous outfit. Showing his support to Felton, he flaunted a white shirt with a tagline that read "I Love (heart) Tom Felton". Beside Grint, Molly Sims was also seen among the guests that evening. At almost the same time of the premiere, a featurette of this prequel movie has been made available on the web. The video presents a behind-the-scene footage where the production team and WETA Digital brought all the ape characters in the film to live. It also gives a look at how Serkis plays his character, Caesar.

Franco once explained about how Serkis turned Caesar into "reality" through a mix of CGI and performance capture. He gushed, "On set, Andy would be dressed in an outfit that looked like gray pajamas, with a ton of wires around him and a small camera at the end of a wire armature pointed at his face to capture his expressions."
